Shipping and Delivery – Bonnet Mundo
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping costs include VAT. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays and sale periods.
Deliveries within the Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Deliveries within Belgium, France, Germany, and Luxembourg
For these countries, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 business days.
Deliveries within Europe
Deliveries to other European countries may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Deliveries to Other Countries
For deliveries outside of Europe, longer delivery times may apply depending on the country and customs processing.
Sale & Holiday Periods
Due to high demand during sale periods, orders are only confirmed after the shipping confirmation has been sent. It is possible that your order may be canceled due to out-of-stock items. Please expect longer delivery times during holidays and sale periods. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible.
Product Appearance
The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Despite our best efforts to display colors accurately, the color on your screen may differ from the actual product. Packaging may also differ from the images shown.
Order Processing
All products are subject to availability and payment clearance. We will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional verification is required.
Estimated Delivery Dates
We aim to deliver all orders within five business days after processing. During holidays and sale periods, delivery may take 3 to 5 days longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated online.
International Shipping
For orders shipped internationally, import duties and taxes may apply once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times. When ordering from us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Bonnet Mundo is not liable for violations of these laws.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If delivery is refused or the package is undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product does not meet your expectations or is damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@bonnetmundo.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
We guarantee high-quality products and conduct quality checks before shipping. If you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a free exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
Force Majeure
Bonnet Mundo is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
